So Let me get this straight. A foreign entity knowing targeted a vehicle, which they knew had a U.S. citizen aid worker in it?

What happened to "If you target American citizens, your life is forfeit".

We should be sanctioning all of Israel's cabinet and should be considering retaliatory strikes upon the IDF. At the very least, the commanders responsible for this atrocious act should meet the same fate as those at Nuremberg.

Right. Why would Hamas send a voice note to Israel saying “hey , Bibi! Our apologies. We’d like to note that strike was from us”? They are in hiding from Israel . Why would they back channel that message which by the way only makes them look bad? It makes no sense. It would serve them for the world to believe Israel did the strike. Why would they admit otherwise?

In the audio just like the Arabic speaking nurse streaming live from Gaza as Khamas was executing doctors . Apparently, she wasn’t terrified and was able to stream this message live

Even if it isn't a war crime, intentionally killing an American citizen should elicit a military response. Of course it won't because we have quite possibly the weakest president since Carter and killing Americans isn't something a foreign government fears
