Imagine if Trump said this. This is very unpresidential. He treated the war and loss of Palestinian life so cavalierly like a video game, and has said nothing to the parents of the 6 year Palestinian boy in Chicago who was killed due to Bidens false beheading comments. I am sure Israelis loved Hamas being referred to as a “team” while they were still picking up rubble and reeling from a vicious attack .

Israel doesn’t do blind combat. They researched and absolutely knew what they were targeting and it was intentional. They knew they weren’t Hamas . It’s to scare any foreigners to come there now or after the war to do rescue or humanitarian works.

It would be nicer if they just admitted the truth rather than lie and backpedal

That link doesn't list any war crimes.

I'm unclear on the definition of murder vs homicide vs manslaughter. It was definitely with intent to kill, but I think it was not with intent to kill the particular victim.
So probably murder.

Even if it isn't a war crime, intentionally killing an American citizen should elicit a military response. Of course it won't because we have quite possibly the weakest president since Carter and killing Americans isn't something a foreign government fears

Numerous Red Crescent vehicles and paramedics have been attacked and killed in this war.

Two Red Crescent paramedics were killed when their clearly marked ambulance was destroyed when they went to pick up 6 year old Hind Rajab. And this was after the Red Crescent had waited hours to coordinate with Israeli forces and receive permission for their ambulance to travel to her location.

It's possible there were mistakes made in this bombing (I don't think entirely--I mean, they saw aid trucks leaving the warehouse and thought the "gunmen" were with them, so they were apparently willing to take out aid workers if they could maybe get a Hamas fighter at the same time).

I also think Israel is performing acts of responsibility (aghast, terrible tragedy, fire military people, etc) and making a big deal of them to distract from everything else they refuse to apologize for, or actively support (West Bank atrocities, atrocities by IDF in Gaza, etc)

Like when you get caught red handed in the company bank accounts you make a big deal of confessing so nobody will realize you've been skimming for years.
