Israel wants America in endless wars in the middle east.
They want us to fund their wars and then send our troops do die fighting their wars. Ever wonder why we went into Iraq when the administration knew there were no WMD's? Endless wars in the middle east paid by our tax dollars and our soldiers!! |

Right, like in the West Bank I always love the "western civilization" crap. Literal churches in both Gaza and Lebanon. Christians in govt. But sure, "wESteRn cIViliZaTioN" will be saved...by which part of Israel? The rabid settlers terrorizing Palestinians in the West Bank and who also bombed one of the oldest churches in Christendom or the ones bombing Christian towns in Lebanon? They’ve killed more than 100 journalists, nearly 300 aid workers, more than 500 healthcare workers, and more than 10 hostages to “stomp out” an ideology. I wish Israel had a more strategic, targeted, and humane way of rooting out and immobilizing terrorist leaders. |

Do you think they are doing a good job at stomping out these two terror groups? How did the US's war on drugs go? Did we stomp out all drugs? Or did different drugs pop up (fentanyl) and is drug use now at an all-time high? I hate to burst your bubble but evil will always exist. We can stomp out one terror group, but I guarantee you another one will pop up. That's why a ceasefire is the only hope with both sides agreeing to come to the table and compromise their positions. Here's another question for you...if Hamas/Hezbollah terrorists move into or are discovered in Egypt...does Israel have the right to begin invading/bombing Egypt? If Hamas/Hezbollah terrorists move into or are discovered in Cyrpus, Turkey, etc....does Israel have the right to begin invading/bombing Cyprus, Turkey, etc.? At what point is the unregulated mission to stomp out these terror groups simply futile?? At what point do we say the "casualties of war" is not worth it? |

You labor under two false premises. First Israel is in no way part of western civilization. 75-85% of Israel’s population has never been exposed to western values or grown up in a western democracy. The vast majority are from Eastern European, Russia or Arab countries. Second Hamas fights for the Palestinians and Hezbollah fights against Israeli occupation of Lebanon. These two organizations do not concern themselves with the West. They are only concerned with Israel and the Palestinians. Israel stole Palestinian land to create Israel. Without this simple understanding of the root cause you will continue to make no sense when you post about Israel or any other ME country. |
