Disney doesn't have any broadcast licenses. Broadcast TV has almost no value anymore. The networks have all been considering stopping with broadcast and just going entirely to a direct-to-consumer streaming model anyway. If FCC yanked licenses from ABC affiliates, I can't imagine that Disney would really care that much.
