Throw in the UNC Chapel Hill students who took down the American flag and replaced it with the Palestinian flag. Add the GW students desecrating the statue of George Washington while chanting "Globalize the Intifada." And what you get are some very powerful visuals that will be showing up in campaign commercials everywhere in the months ahead.

DP. Mainstream media is pretty universal in condemning all of these protests. I haven't found very much sympathy for the pro-Palestinian or pro-Hamas or even the pan-religious-group protests anywhere in MSM. The only sympathizers with these students are faculty, some of whom acknowledge that the extreme overreactions by the administration at some schools such as Columbia are as much to blame as the protestors for the current state of things.

Gotta say, I am pretty much not paying attention to this at all.

I get what the students are doing and why. The police overreaction in red states is predictable, as is the Fox and conservative news coverage.
