Reformed bad boy? Troubled soul? Good samaritan?

He's growing on me. Seems like he grew up a lot

Apparently he was a great dad. In addition to his own daughter, he legally adopted and raised his ex-wife's niece and the child she had with another guy in between their two marriages.

He came out when I was in high school. I thought his lyrics were funny and never took any of it seriously. He was open about his addiction and his attempts to get clean. Considering the environment he grew up in, I think he did very well for himself.

He’s very wealthy.

I doubt it. Didn’t he lose his big mansion to foreclosure or something?

If he was so rich he would have retired. He makes music like he needs the money. Rappers that old and successful should be retired.

OP- how old are you? This influences my andwer

He’s got tons of money but grew up poor. Lots of people who become wealthy after experiencing childhood poverty sock away the money and live below their means, continuing to work hard like the money doesn’t exist.

His daughter’s wedding was pretty fancy.

Love him. Love his music. His rhymes. His hatred of Trump. His love for his kids.

Excellent in the late 90s and early aughties. Cringe now. Not sure what happened to him, he used to have an edge.

It's called aging and maturing.
