How can they show SAT scores from people who didn't submit them? I don't think the schools could get them even if they tried to buy them? Can they?

You submit after you accept for most schools. Or you have to attest that you never took the test.

No, it has been careful to say only through 2024-25. Then it will follow all the others who have reverted.
