I don't hear any slurring of her words, but I just don't understand how unkempt she looks anymore. I don't care if someone gains weight, but holy hell, you're still on tv or wherever this aired and she just looks so slovenly. I don't get it.

She looks like she's been on prednisone long-term. Does she have chronic health issues?

My first thought was this it might be a medication she is on. Could be a lot of things. She has some asymmetry to her mouth which made me think minor stroke. I hope that she is OK.

She looks old and her midsection is distended. Her show premiered in 2006 and she looks like she aged 30 years.

Well, she's my age (56) so I get it. I don't have a problem with her not choosing to doll herself up for an Insta. She looks her age. She talked a little slower than she used to but I didn't think she slurred. Maybe she drinks, or maybe it's medication, or maybe she's just living in the slow lane these days.
