Only one of many such cases |
| Daytime hookups with DC gov workers who work from home is a definite thing on the dating apps. |

What a busy bee!
That department is a disaster, this could be a clue as to why. |
| Sad that millennials who work hard are punished thanks boomers for making everything so epxt |

Dang, she was raking in the dough.
"According to records from the D.C. Board of Ethics and Government Accountability, Caroline Lian had been working for the D.C. government since October 2022, earning $175,000 a year, but at the same time, she was earning a six-figure salary from Freddie Mac. Lian is also an elected council member in the city of Falls Church and on at least 10 occasions attended Falls Church Council meetings while reporting she was at work for the D.C. government, according to the investigation." |
| PP again. I guess she can keep her 6-figure Fannie Mae job? |
Not really, anything under 400k is tough to scrape by |
| Maybe that explains so many high DCUM hhi. Fed and city employees with 2-3+ jobs at once |
| Mayor Muriel Bowser proudly presents . . . |
Boomer? I think not. |
|
She wasn't going to be fired and only had to pay a $25,000 fine!

| Honestly, she is probably a better than the average employee and contributes more than most DC government employees. People that can effectively manage multiple jobs like this usually are high performing at all of them. DC has a weird hiring system that limits most jobs to DC residents which limits the talent pool and reduce the average quality of employees. |
Caroline? This is a Deputy Director of DOB. One of the worst performing parts of the DC Gov. She's also a longtime Falls Church resident. |
Nobody can be competent in two 40/hr week jobs. She probably dialed it in for the DC job. |
