Why not also adding stats. What if many readers here are not interested only in where your child got accepted. Adding stats will help for prospective college students

Yeah, we are 82 pages into this thread. I understood the intention was to celebrate acceptances and not focus on stats. Start a different post if you want that.

Accepted to Cal Poly San Luis Obispo!

Engineering. Maybe Mechanical or Electrical.

Any first hand experience with this program here? It has a solid reputation but havnt heard more details as to why such as faculty, facilities, on-campus hiring etc.

Just that they are extremely different locations, and your child probably knows whether they like sporty college towns or big active cities better. I love State College but it can feel provincial for four years compared to Boston.
