The Jury foreman is a black man. Should also bode well for Karen.

He’s also the juror who took absolutely no notes during the trial apparently….

Reddit thinks Bev chose him for this reason. She apparently always chooses Seat 1 but re-arranges jurors so that she chooses who is sitting in Seat 1.

It will be interesting to hear what the parties have to say when the gag order is lifted.

It was not deleted per the testimony from cellbrite. Stop lying.

Victoria George (on 1st jury, attorney who was advising trial selection for Karen) did not take notes either, so it could go either way!

I’d like to know how it’s possible for the homeowner of 34 Fairview to casually sleep through the chaos at their house when the police are swarming the yard in response to a 911 call of a likely deceased Boston police officer on the front lawn. You will never convince me that they weren’t very aware of what was happening, and to stick to a story of “we slept through it” is on par with the false memory nonsense we saw from Dever. If this is simply a hit and run, why can’t we get a straight story out of anyone?

Exactly. This. Either they truly slept through it because they were drunk/hungover out of their minds (and therefore are unreliable “witnesses” in every way), or they are conspiratorial liars sticking to their story. There is no in between.

Actually, the Cellebrite data showed the 2:27 search as being deleted, possibly automatically. It’s the only one of the hypothermia searches that was deleted.

Imagine a dead person in your yard and the police don’t knock on your door and never get a warrant for your house as part of the investigation. Seems like willful neglect.

Agree. EMS trucks, even with no sirens, use lights and also have their loud diesel engines running which has and definitely would wake me up.

They were awake. Jen had already called them and warned them she and Karen were on their way…

People in the house “butt dialing” at 1-4 a.m., and they can’t recall 22-second phone calls? Brian Higgins drive to a military base get rid of the SIM card and the phone he destroyed, the same one that he used that night?

In what universe is there not at least reasonable doubt? She is innocent.

And the homeowners wouldn’t go outside? My neighbors all came outside when we called the non-emergency fire department number to help us with a hard-coded alarm that would not turn up, and they decided to send a full rig…I know I’ve gone outside when an ambulance pulled up in our neighborhood. Even if you know they’re coming, you go outside.

Butt dialing happening at the same exact time McCabe's phone was googling "hos long to die"!

What about snowplow guy? The driver said he knows the house, drove by sitting high up with big, high lights on, didn’t see a body in the yard.
