The 6 years probation become prison time in Ga.

I hope she flips and spends every day of six years in a Georgia state prison. She deserves every single second.

I’m confused. Wouldn’t Georgia have already gotten her testimony? Don’t they know what they got from her in exchange for the lenient sentence?

Isn’t she a lawyer? Shouldn’t she know that that’s the outcome if she changes her mind? I get that trump doesn’t hire the best, or even basic competence, but even I knew what happened if you flip then flip back. And I’m no lawyer.

She’s awfully young and I don’t see her having a stellar legal career.

Every lawyer involved with the election denial should be disbarred.

Ellis has already been sanctioned by a judge in Colorado and the office that oversees attorney conduct is investigating her. https://coloradonewsline.com/briefs/jenna-ellis-under-investigation-again-colorado/

That is all.

How so?

Powell, Ellis, and Chesebro all plead guilty this week. And those deals were cut in exchange for their testimony on behalf of the prosecution. If Giuliani doesn't take a plea he's toast.

Looks like she’s trying for an insanity defense.

They will treat her as a hostile witness and ask her yes/no questions gleaned from her sworn, recorded statement. If she lies, she will be prosecuted for each lie.

If she breaks the agreement she goes to prison. She is on probation for 6 years. They will just revoke her probation and she goes to prison. There is nothing she can do about that.

He should absolutely put all his assets in his wife's name for safe keeping while he is in prison. LOL.

I say this not to excuse him, but that about face after his Bitcoin wins sounds like a brain injury or a tumor or something.
