Question for someone who knows: is there anything voters can do to actually convince Biden to step aside?

Biden will have to get out more to prove he's okay. When he does there will be another disaster, maybe two. I don't think voters need to do anything to help it along.
That said, there's no easy replacement; all of those mentioned have serious vulnerabilities. |

| He cannot get out until there is an agreement with Harris. The party cannot leave the first women of color VP dumped in the curb like yesterdays trash. She needs to agree to a graceful exit in order for Biden to step aside. He’s probably already had the conversation that he can’t step aside to let her run because she has a worse shot than he does. At least before the debate that was true, not sure where we are now but I suspect the same place. |

Anyone can read from a teleprompter. Not everyone can go back and forth in a debate after 7-10 days of preparation in top notch accommodations. |

Even if Harris stepped aside (which would be helpful) and Biden didn't run, there are no good alternatives that can beat Trump.
They will let Biden/Harris go down, then regroup for 2028. |

I think you are right that this is what the party will do, but we should go down swinging rather than give up. We should run SOMEONE who MIGHT be able to win rather than sticking with Biden, who we know cannot win. |

You should have realised that you were stripped from your vote when they changed the rule and made first primary in NC, and then removed another candidate from debate. You have no vote other than what your party tells you to do. But keep believing that it all done to save the democracy. |
