I truly don’t understand how Alito’s behavior reflects on his wife and his wife’s behavior reflects on him.

Bill’s bad behavior took place behind closed doors. The Alitos proudly display their bad behavior in front of their houses for all to see. Bill didn’t support insurrections and the Alitos do. It’s a little different. |

Alito is a Supreme Court justice who is refusing to recuse himself from some cases, soon to be decided, related to the insurrection that was publicly supported by his wife. (Thomas, too.) I hope that helps. |

Bill committed adultery which does not affect his ability to make decisions as President. Alito needs to be able to make unbiased judicial decisions for the benefit of the entire country - taking a public political (and frankly un American) action does not exhibit the ability to be unbiased. |

Get back to me when Bill or Hillary backed a coup. I don't minimize the horror that is ruining a young intern's life and dragging her name through the mud... but insurrection is on a larger scale of immorality, as I'm sure you'll agree. Mrs Thomas and Mrs Alito both have a screw loose. I respect the right-wing Justices and their spouses who believe what they believe but don't act like crazy people. |

Hillary Clinton publicly smeared women who later proved to have had sexual interactions with Bill Clinton. I don’t want to derail any of this, but I notice a huge double standard and it seems that the liberal position now is that husbands and wives represent one person. Not two independent people. I am not an expert but this seems like a step backwards for women’s rights. |

| The idea that a supreme court justice's wife would chase a neighbor's car and spit at them. i don't know but of all the news lately, that is the most shocking to me. That's the behavior of a meth addict or homeless mentally ill person, not a SUPREME COURT JUSTICE's spouse. I mean just wow. |
