That Constitution due process claim is about criminal prosecution. Your first court case is about laundry regulations being used in a discriminatory fashion against Chinese, and not relevant to due process or immigration. The second was about illegal immigrants cannot be held more than six months in detention if other countries won't take them.

The issue here is that if someone came in to the country illegally in the last two years, they can be deported without any hearings in immigration court.

That is *not* what is happening in these mass ICE raids and detentions. The people being detained *have not* had their cases adjudicated and did not receive due process. And you know it.

There has been deliberate provocation and escalation toward violence by ICE and Trump's side. It's THEY who want riots and violence.

Just watch some of the hours of footage that keeps coming out. Here's a clip of one of Trump's goons randomly and indiscriminately shooting an Australian journalist with a non-lethal round for absolutely no reason.

There's absolutely no reason for them to do this, unless they WANT riots and violence. And they DO want riots and violence, in order to justify their extrajudicial authoritarian crackdown and seizing of power. These "riots" appear to have a ton of Trump wag-the-dog theater going on.
