The Constitution guarantees due process for anyone on US soil. The Fifth Amendment says "no person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law." No PERSON. It DOES NOT say "no citizen" and it doesn't differentiate based on citizenship. And this has been repeatedly reaffirmed by the Supreme Court, for example Yick Wo v. Hopkins (1886), Zadvydas v. Davis (2001). Stop saying "no due process" - you are completely, irrefutably wrong and you are trampling the Constitution when you say this.
That Constitution due process claim is about criminal prosecution. Your first court case is about laundry regulations being used in a discriminatory fashion against Chinese, and not relevant to due process or immigration. The second was about illegal immigrants cannot be held more than six months in detention if other countries won't take them. The issue here is that if someone came in to the country illegally in the last two years, they can be deported without any hearings in immigration court.
