Season starts in a matter of hours. The league has been promising people for weeks that the schedules would be posted "soon". That term must mean something different at ECNL. And, yes, my kid is in ECNL. We have dates from the club, but no locations or times. I don't know who exactly is to blame. But do know that a 9am game and 4pm game are completely different in for if we would want to get a hotel or what else we can plan that weekend. We've been playing travel soccer for the better part of a decade. Never seen this.

Too bad where you going to go? You should be happy they gave you what they did. |
| We have locations and time all through early December. This could be a club issue. It may not even be your club I suppose. But I think the clubs set times not ECNL. That requires some outreach and negotiation. Either that or all of those times and locations are set and your club is just not telling you. |
Our club's ECNL Director is too busy running his pro-Trump political campaign on Twitter to sort out the times. |
|
Loudoun team buses already left for weekend games at NC. What are you all still talking about?
|
I thought Biden was in charge of the pro Trump campaign these days? |
Try a little less wacko and a little more common sense. Download the ECNL App. Click on your childs team and look at their schedule |
Full of TBDs. Gee, thanks! |
Well, you have made us all just so sympathetic to your plight. |
| i just checked online, schedules are posted |
Yes. Finally. And yes our team knew our schedule before hand, but this could have been handled more expediently by the league. If NCSL can handle it you’d think ECNL could. Yes more teams but also more money coming in to hire admins. That’s all we were saying. It is not a referendum on the league overall, just on this particular process. |
NCSL is a small regional league. ECNL is a national league. Big difference. |
I hear they are planing on charging you for access to the schedule. What you going to leave…lol |
And it has been discussed already that the league provides the fixture dates to the clubs and the clubs then figure out the location and times between each other. ECNL does not care what time any of the teams play other than they fit within a start end time window to ensure rest and travel times for double header weekends. For all you know YOUR club was the problem in your situation not ECNL. Every TBD you see is a CLUB problem not a league problem. |
Mls next? Edp? |
