Everything that has been said about the idiots in the red states for not getting vaccinated applies to the DMV as well.

It's not an equity issue as some of you want to pretend. They just aren't getting vaccinated because they won't get vaccinated. There's no shortage of vaccines anywhere.

Our family was vaccinated at the first available location open to us:

- the Ravens stadium in downtown Baltimore (which is mostly Black).

Very few Black people showed up there during our 1st or 2nd vaccinations. Our experience matches the statistics.

She is doing the right thing. If the only people who were not getting vaccinated had medical reasons, we would be at 99 percent now.

Stop with killing people. It's killing individuals not people, that's what media is using. Big difference. No impact on the population of the world. If you are concerned for individuals then allow them to make choices. I don't want you to use experimental vaccines as means of protecting others. If it protects you - great. I prefer my immune system. Better for the next variants that would come eventually. Our borders are open

This is frustrating. The narrative on vaccines has changed because the nature of the virus has changed. Scientists could only report on the effectiveness of vaccines as they pertained to the virus as it existed at the time. The Delta variant is different. Why can't people understand that this is a fluid situation that evolves rapidly, and the "narrative" necessarily will keep changing. Sorry to say, but your sister needs to work on her critical thinking skills.

Vaccinated DP. Lots of people with ample critical thinking skills can see that the shifting covid narrative is often caused by reasons other than just science, and it understandably makes them skeptical. First, we were told no masks, and then we were told we must mask. First we were told there was no chance the virus came from a lab, and now scientists admit that it might have. Etc.

Careful about what you share on social media, folks. There was just a post in a local mom group where a lot of antivaxxers commented. I screenshot the whole post so I know who to avoid, should I run into them in the future, either for business or personally. I shared the screenshot in some of my other, smaller groups, too.

It creeps me out how many liberals try to suppress others’ speech these days. That’s a good way to cause division and polarization. It’s not a good way to change people’s minds.

The only thing that is going to work is making vaccinations completely mandatory for everything -- going out in public, receiving benefits, etc. -- just as it's mandatory for kids to be vaccinated to go to school. Unless things turn around in a hurry, we're gonna need to implement that.

A too-large subset of people both in DC and around the country simply refuses to get vaccinated, and we're all going to suffer because of it.

They should do another big stimulus check, only for people vaccinated by "x" date.
