What? Her contract w/ Fox was over, and NBC offered her an insane comp package. Then NBC fired her for saying blackface used to be acceptable.

No. She wrote to the executives and they didn’t GAF what she had to say so she quit. She should have stayed and fought for the rights of women at FOX but she wimped out.

Sorry but no. No woman should feel obligated to work for an employer who has sexually harassed her.

This is wrong. Naomi doesn’t have a right to not be interviewed if she signed a contract that required her to be interviewed.

Of course she can. She can pay the $10,000 fine and not be interviewed. No big deal when you're that rich. She's not a slave chained to her master. She still has free will.

She dropped out before they could raise the fine to a higher amount, which is permitted according to the terms of her contract. I suppose she can keep signing contracts and dropping out when she refuses to comply, but I assume she will eventually want to play again.

That’s not what happened… when she agreed to the fine they threatened more than just fines.

The rules allowed for the escalation of penalties in the event of continued noncompliance. That’s why she chose to drop out.

No that’s not what happened. She agreed to the escalating fines. Then they decided to create fake rules snd sanction her and all kinds of BS that was not in the contract.

There was no change of rules, and there were no “fake” rules.

Yes there were. She said she would pay the fines snd then they made up sanctions.

If every woman who is sexually harassed leaves no women would be in the work place. Stay and fight it, report it, lawyer up… or be like weak pathetic Megyn and run and hide.

Cite? They didn’t “make up” anything. The rules always provided for escalating penalties.

That’s an incredibly misogynistic point of view. It’s not the job of sexually harassed women to fix sexual harassment in the workplace.

And it’s not Naomi’s job to fix the media and their sh*tty treatment of athletes. Naomi says the media caused her mental health to decline. No one should be screaming at her to suck it up if we cannot demand the same from Megyn.

Of course Naomi doesn’t have to be interviewed. She doesn’t even have to play tennis. But if she wants to play tennis in a tournament that requires all players to be interviewed, then she shouldn’t receive any exceptions. She is not a special snowflake who deserves an obvious advantage over other players.

Try telling your employer that you no longer want to do certain duties of your job because they don’t contribute to your psychological well being. Then report back how the conversation goes.

Naomi didn’t get interviewed and she paid a large fine that the tournament thought was fair. Nobody gave her a free pass. Just like if I don’t feel like working one day, my boss could dock my pay. That’s life. But she’s not a slave and has the right to refuse to be interviewed and pay the price.

She's a shameless and desperate grifter. She tried to leave Fox and pivot to woke for $$$$/fame when that was en vogue, now she's trying to pivot back to right wing mommy because that's an easy niche to exploit. She's just trash. Decades of using her looks for jobs and promotions, now post menopause she wakes up with no career and is losing it mentally.

Right. So she can either keep paying the escalating penalties or drop out again. Her choice. But she is not above criticism, and I’m not buying the victim narrative.

Then neither is Megyn. She twirled for her job and she should’ve stayed to help make a change. She isn’t a victim.

How can you call someone "race baiting" in one breath and then call them "white trash?"

The little I know about Kelly, I don't think she is racist. She seems to take on many issues.

I do think she called out Naomi for how she was behaving. Many others noticed as well.

Is this non-racist woman the same one who insisted Santa couldn’t be black?
