Megyn Kelly is so awful

Here she is bullying teenager Naomi Osaka and saying her mental health struggles are real because she appears on some magazine covers this month. The photos for the covers were shot months ago. Why do people think it's ok to question whether people are having mental illness? You wouldn't question whether someone had cancer.

Tennis star Naomi Osaka took a shot at conservative pundit Megyn Kelly after Kelly accused Osaka of not being genuine about her recent decision to not conduct media interviews, citing mental health concerns.

Kelly criticized Osaka for being on a series of magazine covers, but Osaka said those issues were produced well before her break.

"Seeing as you’re a journalist I would’ve assumed you would take the time to research what the lead times are for magazines, if you did that you would’ve found out I shot all of my covers last year," Osaka said. "Instead your first reaction is to hop on here and spew negativity, do better Megan."

The entitled b here is the tennis player. Spoiled rich brat picked up her toys and went home. No one asked her to become a professional tennis player with all its stresses and demands. She chose that profession. No fan of Megan Kelly but I’m with her. You don’t want the pressure if the limelight stay out of it. I don’t care when those photos were taken because presumably she’s been mentally stressed fir a long time so why not bow out and deal with your issues. Someone who has worked hard is standing there in the wings ready to take her place and she knows it.

Gonna have to agree with you on this. She is trying to change the terms of her employment after the fact.

I watched the Osaka doc on netflix, she did seem to struggle with the pressure of being a top player. She played 8 hours of tennis a day at a very young age and was home schooled in the evenings. Lots of pressure to succeed. I did think it was interesting that she doesn't speak Japanese, she can understand the language but will not speak in it in public.

I used to strongly dislike her but don't mind her too much.

She has a different POV. I'd say listen to the podcast where she mentions Osaka and listen to the context. Go to the source.

She isn't beholden to any corporate media entity. That's gold these days. Same reason why I like Krystal and Saagar.
