Don't doubt the ability of one kid to recruit a crapload of talented kids he wants to move with him.

Maybe that’s the play. Start NVUFC pull players over from both BRYC and FCV to make new club for ECNL.

Our Chantilly team (U12) just Northern Virginia United this morning. It was not a pretty scene: 11-0 NVUFC. No idea if these were BRYC kids or where those kids came from, but there are a couple of kids who are future Division 1 players.

what is being done to improve performance for next year?

The second question is certainly the interesting one…current leadership not attracting a lot of new talent and not making good decisions with the talent they have.

You obviously have not seen the younger kids being added. There are some very talented kids who had their pick at teams and chose BRYC.

The talented ones will get tired of Bernie and then head to top teams at Arlington and McLean. They chose BRYC for the convenience and then get annoyed with the personalities.
