Not like her, thankfully. But also if I looked like her and I had the billions of dollars she has, I would have a trusted stylist honest enough to tell me that my sorority-girl hair makes me look older than I am. If she cut 5 inches off, she would look so much better.

I think you're kind of out of line here, 60 year old, PP. I think her hair looks bad, but someone with hair down to their ankles (okay Crystal Gayle...), can't be criticizing another long-haired woman's appearance, LOL!

Yes - it’s what I think of as “hair wings”! So bizarre just somewhat stiff hair to either side of the face, with such a 2D look. Not meant for 3 dimensional view, just for photos from the front. Whether natural or extensions, it is a strange look but not uncommon.

That said, I am over 40 with longish (or maybe medium length?) hair, but mine is naturally curly so a bit different from this situation. There is nothing wrong with longer hair as you age. Incredibly long hair that does nothing isn’t very stylish at any age, young or old. I will never understand the hairdo that says “I can grow hair” haha.

To be fair, it’s a big deal for an older woman to be able to grow that much hair, especially if it’s thick. I get that some people find it obnoxious or ugly but it is impressive.

I get it yet disagree. It isn’t/shouldn’t be a big deal or considered stylish that your body is growing hair. You have zero control over that, it is a biological process not some impressive personal achievement. That is putting aside if it is extensions of course since I am no expert on that. It isn’t even age - a young woman with luxurious hair to her waist may have beautiful natural hair but I’m still not convinced that is stylish. It’s just long (if lovely).

The waist length hair covers a woman's bustline..It's covering your body...How do u wash up? To me..it would get in my way doing housework..vacuuming..cleaning..It would interfere with my best grooming..All that hair won't fit into a shower cap...and it would weight a ton put up...I don't see how one could do anything with very long hair..
