But awful for your brain and gut. That powder should be banned.

Absolutely not. You are repeating xenophobia. MSG is not any worse for you than salt. You use salt right?

You say that because you’re addicted to it.

Seriously? Read up on it, you are embarrassing yourself.

Mine are Stella is awful beer. If you like it, that's fine, but it taste just like any mass market swill. Also, i hate American style Chinese food.

agree on stella and steak. Disagree on Chinese food. Once you accept that American Chinese food is it's own distinct thing, you can enjoy it on those terms

And yet, only upon immigrating here or adopting more Western cuisine back in Asia, are your kids able to grow taller!?

DP - the determinative factor is availability of sufficient calories and quality of proteins. Better and sufficient nutrition = taller kids, not how many cheeseburgers they stuff down. Children can and go grow tall on Asian cuisine.

You mean seafood and dairy together is uniquely bad for your liver? Why? I’ve never heard that before.

And, do all the G.F. People really have celiac

No, I have non celiac gluten intolerance.

TMI ahead. When I ate gluten, I had poop shooting out of my arse like a fire hose. There were about two days a week when I couldn’t leave the house. You are absolutely an ass for questioning this.

Yeah, this is not a controversial opinion, it is just ignorant. I’m guessing OP has no issues with tomatoes, Parmesan cheese or porcini mushrooms, all of which are abundant sources of glutamates.

What are your top 5 meatless meals for lets say your high school football playing son...meaning...he eats a lot? Thanks.

Legumes and grains and veggies. x 5

Chana masala
Red lentil stew
Dal tarka
Veggie/bean chili
Hummus and veggie wraps.
Black bean sweet potato tacos (ridiculously delicious with avocado crema)
Spaghetti with "meat" (cauliflower/walnuts/mushrooms) sauce
Chickpea salad sandwiches
Udon noodles with veggies and tofu
Tofu scramble with avocado/tomato
Plant based meatloaf

I could go on...

A whole food plant based diet can be challenging at first, but really, it's not that hard. And it doesn't have to be filled with garbage.

I do like Chana Masala as a side with my Tandori Chicken though. I also like a little veggie chili as a side with maybe a hot dog or three. The rest don't sound to appealing.

Italian food isn't tasty. Some of it is just ok.

I find Americanized Chinese food too salty. I do like Asian food- Korean, Japanese amd authemtic Chinese food.

I don't eat much red meat, bit if i have a steak i like NY strip or a ribeye.

Goat and sheep cheeses taste like barn vomit. All of them, any way they’re served.

I don't get the love of truffle oil. It ruins whatever food it is used to cook and/or drizzled over.

Who has ever pretended that Stella was anything other than an average mass-market beer, though? Pretty sure everyone knows that, so this is hardly a controversial opinion (and no, I don't drink Stella - it falls in what I call the "crappy beer" category").

I've seen plenty of people who love Stella and scoff at Coors, Miller, Bud...etc. Same with skunky Heineken. People think because it's made in Europe it's good.
