Is this obstruction of justice? |
Ken Vogel at the New York Times could have had this story if he wasn’t so busy trying to bury Biden private email server style.

Probably. It is a stochastic threat intended to rouse unstable followers. If he were an Army private the FBI would be arresting him now. |
So my thread got locked, but does anyone know WHO paid for Giuliani's trip to Ukraine? He's not a US govt employee or contractor... |
He’s also not allowed to work for free for the government, as he claims he was. |
Likely the people donating to Trump2020. |

Rebecca Ballhaus @rebeccaballhaus Andriy Yermak, a top aide to the Ukrainian president, in July asked the State Dept for Giuliani’s number. Then he called Giuliani to ask him to tone down his TV criticism of Zelensky. Giuliani responded by suggesting Ukraine investigate Hunter Biden. 9:23 PM · Sep 26, 2019· https://www.wsj.com/articles/giuliani-sits-at-the-center-of-the-ukraine-controversy-11569546774 |
Jeez. This should go on the Pelosi impeachment thread. Or the other thread. |
Witness intimidation. |
It’s witness intimidation. |
Like any good lawyer, Giuliani is showing proof of this on the TV. |
I don't see how any of that helps Rudy. It just makes Volker and Pompeo part of the conspiracy to extort Ukraine to investigate for Rudy's client, which was not the United States. Some State Department officials let the President's lawyer run the U.S. policy in the Ukraine. Don't forget that Rudy and others smeared U.S. Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch, who was a career FSO with a stellar reputation, to get her out of Ukraine so Rudy could run amok. The accusation against Yovanovitch was later retracted, but Pompeo has never said a word to defend her. |
Rudy is basically saying he is not taking the hit on this solo.
The House and Senate should be subpoening his phone records and texts. |
The New Republic dives into all the damage Rudy Giuliani has done to U.S. interests in Eastern Europe over the past year—and how much progress he’s single-handedly undone.
