Co-worker sits "criss-cross applesauce" in meetings

Is this some sort of a term from somewhere else in the country? "Criss-cross applesauce?" Never heard this before.

As a previous PP did, I googled (because google is your friend) and I cannot believe a grown person would sit like this in a business meeting.

Perhaps she is a Yogi???

OP here. I haven't brought it up to the boss, because I know it's really petty of me. Yes, yes. I know it's petty, but I still think she looks unprofessional. I think my boss has bigger fish to fry with this person's behavior, so how she sits in meetings is probably pretty low on her list of priorities.

So I get it. I'll MMOB about it. Can I still silently judge?

Sit back and let her skewer herself and her career.

Just like men who do rude things such as : put their feet up on their desks, sit with their legs splayed, have antagonistic poses, scratch themselves, walk around the office in bare feet.

In many cultures and countries it is a major insult to sit with the bottoms of your shoes facing others. She should know better than to dirty shoe people like this at meetings or in the workplace.
