Co-worker sits "criss-cross applesauce" in meetings

"Indian-style" is seriously not considered PC anymore -- at all.

So, knowing that, most of us who have kids who have learned the term "criss cross applesauce" in preschool just gravitate towards using that too.

"Preschool" should be a clue there.

If OP uses Preschool phrases at work, she has bigger issues than how a coworker sits.

Why would you assume that? If the coworker was an AA male, would you assume he would “scream racism”?
