No, he'd have visitation, but no physical custody (over nights at his house). If she was fine with the kids staying with him for weekends and breaks, she should have put primary physical custody. Sole physical custody is more difficult to get awarded unless she has documentation of abuse or neglect. Of course, this all could be out the window depending on where she filed. It might not even be in the US, I have no idea.

I don't know though, if she announced it, it proves he is a SERIAL CHEATER and reflects pretty badly on him.

I wonder if Angelina's health played into this at all. She had preventative mascetamies and then had her ovaries removed. That would have put her into instant menopause. I know a lot of people have marital problems at the time.
