Actually, maybe The Sweet Hereafter was popular when it was released. I don't remember. I do know when I mention it now, no one seems to have heard of it.

Biutiful made me want to die.

I really need to rewatching Momento at some point. I did see that one in a theater, but I know I missed things

I think you missed what it's called: Memento.

I appear to be suffering from short term memory loss...

I haven't slept in several nights and am about to go visit a dying relative - give me a damn break.

Have you watched Oblivion with Tom Cruise?

For some reason I don't think I heard of it until I caught some of it on TV recently. It was kind of interesting.

Another one that I don't think I heard of before until watching on TV is Now You See Me. But I think that movie must have been popular since they're doing a sequel for it. Maybe I'm just not keeping up to date on what movies are out there now. I'm also finding that I like movies that Mark Ruffalo is in.

Then add You Can Count On Me to your list, if you haven't seen it. Mark Ruffalo, Laura Linney, Matthew Broderick. Very well done but only made $8 million.

I don't know if you saw Blindness. It's awful, and Mark Ruffalo is in it, and I walked out of it- NOT because of him, he was great in it, but because it was just so poorly done, I couldn't tolerate any more.

I like MR a lot, but this Spotlight nomination is completely beyond me.

The book and the film were both incredible.

Lots of good ones have been mentioned. I have to +1 to Go and Man in the Moon with Reese Witherspoon as a child.

I'll add:

Center Stage
Run Lola Run
The boondock saints
Kissing a fool

Gas Food Lodging
