There are food allergies and sensitivities that can KILL a child with no further warning. Just because this is not the case, it does not mean that "teachers can only do so much" is an acceptable answer. If a child dies, age, how busy teachers are or whatever is not an excuse. In this situation a little kid is not only hurting, but really sick and will take weeks to recover. Not to mention that this scenario happening often could have tragic outcomes for her future.

Who said anything about the poor kid? The OP is the same person who routinely posts a sympathetic post, and then as it unwinds it becomes increasingly clear that her primary concern is not about whatever the issue is, it is about her perceiving herself as being disrespected in some way. Then she starts criticizing anyone who disagrees with her. I just hope, for the sake of her daughter, that she's not as egocentric in real life. Doubt it.
