Id tske a lecture from bristol on teen pregnancy more seriously than someone who hasnt lived it. It hits home more. I dont really have any opinion of her.. Shes sort of a megan mccain type but on some topics she has real life to draw from

Really? She has a millionaire former VP/Governor mom, and she can get on reality shows based solely on her family's fame. Do you really think her experience is in any way comparable to the teen mothers these girls already know?

None of the crew from Wasilla is very bright. Bristol is lucky her family is rich, because otherwise she'd be in trouble.

I actually like Megan McCain. She seems like she'd be a fun person to hang out with. And she has said a lot of things I agree with about the state of the parties in this country - and I am on the opposite side of things from her.

Many of my R friends are more libertarian than anything else. Social moderates and fiscal conservatives. I think that trend will continue. I think we just have to wait for some of the old people to die so that the younger crowd can regain control. Although, it is also possible there will be a split in the party over the gay marriage issue. I've seen a lot of my R friends clash with each other on Facebook over the NC Amendment. It has been interesting to watch people I thought were pretty conservative argue against the current state of affairs. Those folks are pretty disillusioned with their party right now.

To me, it seems that the major question is whether marriage is about fucking or feelings. I would think that a truly spiritual and conservative person would say (as many do), that love and commitment should be encouraged wherever they occur.
