Why do the republicans spend soooooo much? |
Factual innacuracies entirely aside, can you point out what part of your post is mature, responsible, and adult? I'm particularly curious about the parts I've italicized. Thanks! |
Well first of all thank you for explaining that the President isn't in control of the budget. I thought all that caterwauling from the Republicans about Obama's irresponsibility was because Presidents matter. Now I know it was just idle chatter. Second, I now see that Republicans CAN balance a budget when they raise taxes. Good job! Third, I am reminded of how rarely the public will trust Republicans with the power of the purse. Maybe the public is really smart. |
They do it by starting useless wars |
You lose on this one. Dems don't throw the "moral" issues in your faces. |
Just Can't trust the republican to control spending. |
Republicans don't cut spending. They cut programs that they don't like, but the actual budget never goes down. The money goes into things they like. |
A person does not have to live a perfect life to stand up for what they believe
So, yes, Bristol can scold Obama on family values if that is what she believes in. She cannot claim to be perfect or better. And neither can Obama |
Bristol should be able to sound off as much as we do on DCUM. And the press ought to pay as much attention to her as to us. It's ridiculous that we even know what she is saying! |
Oh, thank you for that. I forgot that the First Amendment protects opinions. Great, she's a patriot for having the courage to stand up for her convictions. |
Maybe she can spin it into a reality show? |
You lose on this one. Dems don't throw the "moral" issues in your faces. +1 |
so, there should be a disclaimer on her blog post, then: DO AS I SAY, NOT AS I DO seriously, she can believe what she wants, but going off about kids needing a mother and father is just absolute hypocrisy. |
+1 Thats easy for people who have no morals. |
