People who make beds and who don't make beds

Anonymous
Every bed in my house is made daily. It only takes a few minutes and every thing looks neat and orderly. My sheets are changed weekly. I don't "air" my sheets--the concept seems bizarre to me. Perhaps this made sense in the days before air conditioning, but in an adequately heated/cooled house, I can't see why it would be necessary.

I think the sheets can get sweaty sometimes, not every night, but sometimes. I pull back the covers after getting up and leave them that way during the morning routine of getting the kids ready for school - which takes about an hour. Then just before we leave I make the bed, this way the bed can breathe a bit, but is made every day.

I wish to change the sheets every week, but sometimes it goes to two weeks.
