Nope, I know someone from high school who is a very deeply involved Southern Baptist (don't get me started), but they wrote a post today with almost 200 "likes" demanding Trump to repent in taking part in the spirit of the antichrist. I think Trump is losing religious persons fast between this and praising Allah on Easter Sunday. The only people I know who aren't disturbed lately are those conservatives who are not as deeply religious.

Unless you’re chronically online, it’s impossible to follow all of this. The average MAGA boomer is staring at the wall in a retirement home or is idle rich golfing, fishing, or traveling all day. They couldn’t care less about every daily corrupt or vile thing Trump and his cronies do.

This my elderly parents get their news from evening Fox or Newsmax. Neither will make a big deal of this.

As far as I can tell, they haven't even shown the image on foxnews.

But it's not just the elderly. There are many genz, millennials, genx who don't very little about current events. I know one in particular who seems like a normal person, but thinks Trump is doing an ok job. I questioned him on why he thinks that, and it turned out he didn't even know what a clysterfyck the cabinet members were. Had never heard or seen any of it.

Unlike many elderly, younger people have to buy gas. Are they not at all curious why the prices keep going up?

I agree. And you don’t just need to be Christian to see a problem with this. It’s not moral, it’s not decent, it’s not the way people in an ethical society carry on. But I believe in going high. I want Trump out of office. Of course I do. But I don’t want to be a part of a society where people pray for someone’s death. I think of the republicans drawing targets on pictures of Gabby Gifford. I want to be better than that. I truly believe it’s important.

What I've realized is that most people don't care about anything that doesn't affect them directly. In their defense, succeeding in America today requires focus on your own life and career. Any time they have isn't spent on absorbing unpleasant info about things they feel powerless to change anyway.

That's why I'm not surprised that 30 something percent of people will say they approve of Trump. They aren't all maga. Many just literally haven't heard or seen enough to distinguish it from he said/she said.

People have had it PP. I can't believe the things that pass my mind after 10 year so of this shit. We are WORN DOWN by the total horrid nature, corruption, lawlessness and endless stream of insults, lies, and filth from this POTUS. He is literally upending every part of our society and NO ONE seems to do anything to check him. We are human. He brings out the WORST in everyone and everything.
