NP. I want nothing to do with Vandy's Greek scene. |
| Wellesley would be my top pick! Any day. |
Even in your unlimited fantasy, you’d pick four years in Downtown New Haven. Unbelievable. I’d like four free years in La Jolla please, sign me up for UCSD. |
THIS. And they each have a beautiful campus.. |
I'd also put Vandy in the thanks, but no thanks pile. |
+3 |
Yeah. it's about who is around the table and I'd be happy in a residential college. I also dont like San Diego. I can - and did - move to a nice climate after college. Spend half my time in Ojai now. But for college, I want the academics. |
|
Yale.
Best college in the US by far. |
Me too and if the person that said it’s like Rice is correct (but don’t think they are), then I take back my Rice but I want to move it comment. |
|
UCLA, UC Santa Barbara or Pomona, maybe.
Somewhere warm and on the West Coast. Beautiful scenery a plus. I went to a little Ivy SLAC in the mid-Atlantic and then to an Ivy in the Northeast for graduate school. I can't fault the education I received, which was excellent, but as a child who grew up on the East Coast, I think I would have benefitted from a change of scenery and culture. |
| Western Washington University. Sea kayaking 5 minutes away, skiing an hour away, dorms with a view of the bay. |
I’m curious about your background. This seems like an odd priority. |
I will join you |
Is PA MidAtlantic? I would call it Northeast. |
Agreed. Would take Rice over Vandy by a mile. |
