See/ I think it’s the opposite. Based on what I know of the class of ‘29 (I have a freshman) they are in compliance. They’ve implemented much of what the govt has asked across the board, but they are reluctant to hand over the proof because they fundraise off of this idea that they are taking a strong stand against rhe administration.

That’s not what I said. I don’t expect anyone to trust Harvard (I certainly don’t), I’m simply saying that I think they are in compliance but want to continue to squeeze as much $ out of alums as possible before they admit they’ve folded.

This! It's been a year. The demands keep going up. Garber keeps stalling and stupidly tweaking Trump through the NYTimes. This is not going to end well for Harvard. Those admissions and hiring records will be damning. It's true that the letters to the Harvard Magazine are split on this. Many see Harvard acting with expected hubris and are worried. It didn't have to be this way.
