The mayor has made things only worse with his divisive statements. He already has a reputation of being corrupt (history of deleting texts and calls between him and Chief O'Hara as well as others and trying to defund the auditor's office). If riots happen, no National Guard should be deployed to help. The mayor can figure this out himself because he has added gasoline to the fire with his horrible speech.

I will never believe that this woman intended to touch any officer. She was clearly in a panic and trying to flee.

The third video above your post shows that the officer who fired wasn't directly in the line of the vehicle, and continued to shoot until well after the vehicle passed him.

So it was murder. The woman was trying to flee. You don't shoot someone just because they're trying to flee.
