This is with a group of kids long gone from the school. What's the goal in posting? It certainly doesn't sound like something th school took lightly. |
Thanks for sharing. Why is this concerning to you? This is a big trend: https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=pfbid02LgAcwHuNwBmuyweLSTzWgyFb3jaqJS42aFYC3LRmBBKMC99RVQcVfJkAE3LMdb9el&id=100059174186752 |
Huh? |
Great! Glad to hear it. Which other local high schools do Kairos retreats? |

Son graduated in '22. He is a non-athlete, but found his friend group. I agree with the poster who stated DS chose his friends wisely....well said. I didnt realize it then, but reading the comment and in hindsight that is what my DS did. The small friend group remains close, texting often and get together when home on break. Overall his experience was good, prepared well for college, college counseling was outstanding, setting realistic expectations. My son was drawn to the Jesuit education and service. The location and commute does help them mature quickly --

A ton of Catholic High Schools do Kairos — I participated 30 years ago. It is a common experience amongst Catholic high schoolers. Locally the following do Kairos retreats, and I’m sure I missed a bunch: SJC Prep Visi DJO Ireton St Anslems Carroll Connelly Stone Ridge GZ |
