My son also felt his Kairos event was transformative. He was literally beaming that night at dinner; we didn't learn a lot about the conversations held but was able to get the gist. For my son, the best experiences at Gonzaga were: his math track (skipped algebra 2 and took linear and multivariable senior yr), Purple Rugby and the Kairos event. In the 4 years he spent on Eye street, he never had a complaint. Even the commute, and coming from VA could be brutal, he never minded.

A ton of Catholic High Schools do Kairos — I participated 30 years ago. It is a common experience amongst Catholic high schoolers.

Locally the following do Kairos retreats, and I’m sure I missed a bunch:

Visi
DJO
Ireton
St Anslems
Carroll
Connelly
Stone Ridge
