The SWW person was an AP (never a principal) and then came to the central office like 10 months ago with a brand new job that they had made up in terms of a title that had never existed before ( deputy chief of Social Emotional Academic Development--this being the direct report of a man who is now decamping for OSSE after being at DCPS for 2 years--Glenn Starnes--who was/is "SENIOR deputy chief of social emotional academic Development.") Now she's going to be principal of SWW? No wonder so many loathe the central office....a "deputy chief of social emotional academic development" (making almost $200,000) to report to a "senior deputy chief of social emotional academic development" (making even more than that???)

If you’re upset that you don’t earn $200,000 a year and jealous of black people in leadership positions, just say that. There is no need for a long paragraph to drive that simple point home.
