This Halligan woman is so incompetent that it’s frightening. Prosecutors should not have absolute immunity. Unethical ones destroy lives in their desires for raw ambition. Halligan withheld exculpatory evidence from the second grand jury to get her indictment against James. |
| I am starting to wonder whether or not Todd Blanche is intentionally trying to tank this stuff. As conservative as he is, the man was a Cadwalader partner and he isn't stupid. Perhaps he even sees that Trump/Vance/Miller/Vaught are taking this whole MAGA garbage a bridge too far. |
I suspect that the judge and defense attorneys are going to be quite interested in the fact that the prosecutor is communicating about the case using a disappearing message app. Particularly when a key issue in the case will be vindictive prosecution orders coming from on high. I suspect we're going to see some preservation orders pretty soon. |

Lindsay lied to the Grand Jury:
“James purchased the home in Norfolk, Virginia, for her great-niece in 2020 for $137,000 and immediately allowed her and her children to begin living in the house rent-free. Prosecutors met with James' niece, who stated that she had never signed a lease, had never paid rent for the home, and that James had often sent her money to cover some of the expenses, the memo concluded, according to sources familiar with its contents. While the indictment alleges that James made "thousand(s)" from rental income, sources tell ABC News that prosecutors found no record of James collecting rent from her niece beyond $1,350 that James reported on her 2020 tax return, which was said to cover the cost of utilities, according to sources familiar with the investigation.” https://abcnews.go.com/US/evidence-appears-undercut-claims-letitia-james-prosecutors-found/story?id=126723989 |

AG James’ attorneys bring Lindsay’s illegal GJ disclosures to the courts attention. This arraignment outta be amusing.
|
| I hope that the next president makes her AG. |

“But there’s a glaring issue with that accusation: The mortgage contract James signed does not prohibit renting out the house, according to POLITICO’s review of the contract and legal and real estate experts. In fact, the key language in the contract expressly allows renting under certain conditions.”

So Politico has now caught up to where the rest of us were 2 weeks ago…. Quite the “news” organization |

Surprise, surprise. The Fannie MAe watchdogs were fired or pushed out after Pulte found out they were investigating potential improprieties and illegalties in connection with Pulte's accessing these documents.

| Don't worry, they'll try again, and again, and again. Their fearless, dozing, leader wants this, so his minions will keep at it. |
