This Halligan woman is so incompetent that it’s frightening. Prosecutors should not have absolute immunity. Unethical ones destroy lives in their desires for raw ambition. Halligan withheld exculpatory evidence from the second grand jury to get her indictment against James. |

I suspect that the judge and defense attorneys are going to be quite interested in the fact that the prosecutor is communicating about the case using a disappearing message app. Particularly when a key issue in the case will be vindictive prosecution orders coming from on high. I suspect we're going to see some preservation orders pretty soon. |

Surprise, surprise. The Fannie MAe watchdogs were fired or pushed out after Pulte found out they were investigating potential improprieties and illegalties in connection with Pulte's accessing these documents.
