They have been brainwashed that white women’s subjugation is key to restoring society to the 1940s. If young women reject tradwifedom, the whole fantasy falls apart.

Except this article is about a trophy wife, not a trad wife.

Why do people use "triggered" as though it proves some kind of point: 'People are calling this article stupid. I guess its assertions must be accurate!'

Sometimes people are "triggered" by things that are demonstrably false (an amazing concept these days).

I mean, this thread shows that one or two right-wingers are deep in their feelings because of this random column. The Internet is a flood of shit but this nugget of crap makes them react? Kind of weird.

Nothing weird about people criticizing nonsense published in prestigious sources. But you're obviously trying to make the specious argument that criticism means that the article must be making valid points. It's a juvenile ('you mad, bro') argument, but this is the Internet, I guess. Par for the course.

Thanks for proving the point about MAGAs being triggered.

The point is that you're stupid. That's definitely been proven.

+1 These lefty trolls are mistaking criticism of the article for right wing outrage. Hardly the same thing.

Everyone needs to live their own life. Nobody lives in your shoes or goes to your grave with you. Only you know what works for you. Do that. Not what conservatives or liberals or influencers tell you to do.

This was written because the writer is a far-left wacko who is probably seething she took so long to find a husband, didn't have kids until she was nearly 40, and lives in some shoebox apt in NYC.

Utah has the highest rate of plastic surgery per capita.

Also porn usage.

And Hollywood doesn't? They have open marriages and orgies on top of it.

Open marriages and orgies! Wow that explains why every Mormon I know is always smiling and so friendly.

I'm not a trad wife. I woke up at 9:30am and just had my coffee. DH is retired. He brings me lunch most days while I wfh in my home office, and cooks dinner, does the grocery shopping. He just put on a load of laundry.

I don't mind working that much, and I like that I make six figures using my brain, and not having to rely on a man for my money. I'll also be able to retire next year, and life will be even better since all of my kids will be out on their own then.
