Yeah expedited removal, where they don't go infront of judge doesn't exist or does it? |
Did he come here legally? Nope. He just had an order not to be removed (witholdal of removal) which doesn't negate he did't legally immigrate. |
Illegal immigrants who have appeared in front a judge and given an order of expedited removal can be deported. Random people on the street who don’t have such an order cannot be sent to a foreign gulag for no reason. |
Isn’t this the same guy the wife took a restraining order against - few years back? Or was that a different guy? |
Same guy. And I think it was 2 restraining orders. |
Still a lot less serious than your president's 37 felony counts. |
Yup, same guy! |
Still your president. Again. lol! Seems it hits you hard. |
The legal immigration comment was in reference to the 50+ Venezuelans who have done nothing wrong and are rotting in a Salvadoran gulag |
You mean the illegals suspected of being Tren de Aragua. Those were not legal immigrants and you don’t need a criminal conviction to be deported. It’s not “racism” (puh leeze) to point this out. |
Nothing wrong? Surely you jest. |
Not at all, and definitely not my president. #Felon47 |
Election denier! |
The decision to pursue the indictment against Abrego Garcia led to the abrupt departure of Ben Schrader, a high-ranking federal prosecutor in Tennessee, sources briefed on Schrader's decision told ABC News. Schrader's resignation was prompted by concerns that the case was being pursued for political reasons, the sources said. https://abcnews.go.com/US/mistakenly-deported-kilmar-abrego-garcia-back-us-face/story?id=121333122 |
