Would you report a new neighbor who keeps parking two wheels on their front lawn?

Many things neighbors do "look trashy". Leaving christmas lights up year round, going too long between mows, having 4+ vehicles in a driveway, political signs, leaving trash cans at the curb for too long.

If you want it policed, join an HOA. Otherwise, live and let live.

Literally none of those things are allowed in our neighborhood.

WTF? No I would not. WHO CARES IT IS THEIR LAWN. Also, they are going to make two cars work in the driveway, even if they now have to be pain in the ass adjacent due to nosy nit picky neighbors like you. Also, this is to prevent like a broken-down car on the lawn, not two commuter cars or whatever.

People who live in unquestionably nice neighborhoods don’t have to worry about such small things detracting from the value or overall image, prestige, reputation. Seems you must live in a marginal area to be so self conscious about what others will think about trivial actions by your neighbors. If you want to live in a different neighborhood where everyone will not question your place in the social hierarchy by virtue of your address and surroundings, perhaps you should move? The fact that you care about this is very telling about how tenuous your grasp is on that higher rung of the ladder that you care so much about.
