Our politicians need to understand that it's simply too late to bring manufacturing back because we will never catch up to the productivity of the Chinese and Vietnamese plant workers. Wall Street sold this country so they can have private jets and fancy boats in the Florida keys. And any manufacturing that comes back will be heavily automated. |
NAFTA is the problem. There is no “all American car”. They all have parts from Canada and Mexico that are hit with tariffs, even if assembled here. |
Only "dear leader" tells the truth, right? |
Wrong. Biden amplified inflation with his runaway spending like the inflation reduction act. Inflation was predicted by economists like Lawrence Summers and politicians like Manchin, and Biden denied the warnings, then denied the inevitable result insisting it was “transitory.” |
And why is that, do you think? Could it be because Biden *finally* stopped gaslighting Americans about the border crisis and signed an EO this summer, which almost immediately decreased border crossings? Do you ever stop and ask yourself why the hell he didn't do this upon taking office in Jan. 2021?? |
He didn't even get 50% of the vote. There is no mandate. |
+1. Trudeau is prettier than Trump. It does seem like Canada is random. Gotta love POTUSes who cause huge economic damage for random reasons. |
Supply chains are complicated. And cars made in the US have Canadian and Mexican parts. |
Yeah— all the Dems supporting… Walmart? |
Trudeau is incredibly off-putting. |
Who do you think bares the brunt of the tariff costs? |
Oh! Love me some trickle down economics! |
I remember when the Republicans were the pro-war and anti-tariff party.
Well, well, well, how the turn tables. |
You realize deflation is bad, yes? |
