Anyone considering UVA Year in Wise VA transfer program?

| A friend's kid did the year in Wise program, moved to UVA sophomore year, roomed with friends from the Wise program. Worked out well as far as I know. |

| I haven’t read all the responses but just want to say one of my son’s good friends did this and was totally fine but he already had friends at the UVA main campus (grounds). He’s also an introvert and doesn’t go out on the weekends so maybe that’s why he was fine with Wise. |
