Well those are mind-blowing. |
Well, Bullis isn’t GDS, so there’s that. As a Bullis family, we are incredibly happy that there is a large range of colleges and universities they are accepted to and it says that they are willing to challenge those who need the challenge and support those who need the support. |
STA doesn't do Instagram and if the kids started one, I think the administration would have a chat with them. That said, they do release a list in their school magazine every Fall showing the previous year's matriculations. |
Providence. Most competitive high school in RI. |
Georgetown Prep posts on its Instagram for all seniors after regular decision in the spring. |
I don’t know about a large range. These are all top schools. Bucknell University - 4 admits (includes 3 Division I athletes) Boston College - 2 admits Johns Hopkins University - 2 admits (includes 1 Division I athlete) University of Pennsylvania - 2 admits Boston University - 1 admit Colgate University - 1 admit College of Charleston - 1 admit Cornell University - 1 admit Davidson College - 1 admit Dickinson College - 1 admit Duke University - 1 admit Georgetown University - 1 admit New York University - 1 admit Pitzer College - 1 admit Princeton University - 1 admit Skidmore College - 1 admit Tufts University - 1 admit University of Richmond - 1 admit Washington University in St. Louis - 1 admit |
Whitman has 2 |
How can you compare public placements with private? The graduating classes are 10x as large. |
Whitman is an exceptional school. It’s a W school; it’s not like comparing some random public. |
You’re not going to find support for that sentiment here. But that aside, what I’m saying is the graduating class size is 10x as large. 10 kids from a public school would have to get into x school for every 1 admit from a private for an even remotely fair comparison. |
NCS has one Princeton admission that I know of. |
yes. True. |
Bullis has one as well. |
