Willam and Kate’s Christmas card 2023

Ignoring that the angry nutters have taken over this thread and ruined it, my comment on the Christmas card is that it's fairly ordinary. Will and Kate look like any prosperous, upper middle class Home Counties family with nice house in Berkshire and children in private schools. There is nothing "royal" about it. I'd be a bit disappointed if I received the card because it's always nice to see a touch of the monarchy on it somewhere. I don't want my royal family to look like next door neighbors.

But they are forgiven for raising what seems like a splendidly happy and close family.

I find it very relatable that one of the richest families in the world could not find a matching shirt for one of three children for a photo shoot that was intended to be matchy matchy.

Either that or the future King of England threw a fit to get to wear "the one with a horse on it"!

With their schedule, public fish bowl life, and pressures, they are doing an amazing job balancing public and private life.

+1 I credit Kate with bringing her background of a close-knit family and William with choosing that. They're both doing a great job with prioritizing their family, an environment that Charles and William didn't grow up with. The Prince and Princess of Wales are really doing a wonderful job striking that balance of public and private life.

Except for the whole treating his brother like crap thing.
