Blair crew parent here and I wish the principal would send out a school wide email letting the community know that it’s ok if they see our kids around!

This has been an unfortunate miss by the Blair Principal. I know that Renay Johnson is well regarded, but sending out a school wide email when the allegations were first made, and then not doing it when the investigation was closed is not cool.

Update: Much ado about nothing. This was all a fabrication by a mentally ill student, who is openly admitting they made it all up. Police case was closed with no charges. For whatever reason, the principal still won't send out an update.

FYI during the "investigation," a kid on the team was pulled out of class by school security, led to a room and ordered to show security guards her phone. They photographed the entire team roster, personal addresses and phone numbers, all the while telling her, "This never happened." Zero consequences so far.
