This is a transition year, and he is trying his best with what he has. His new assistant principals need support from Syphax.

There are issues with bathrooms and attendance, but those problems were present before he got there.

APS did a poor job with explaining how teacher observations work to the new administrators. The rumor is that many teachers were unnecessarily placed on formal observations regardless of performance or if they were on a non-summative year. I’m not sure if this accurate or not, but that is what I heard.

That’s the one- the one who if her husband wasn’t a beloved first responder would have been laughed out of the area 20 years ago.

We have a current ACPS school board member in Syphax paid by APS? How is this allowed?

She started getting paid over the summer to help the new principal "transition." Why, she doesn't work in APS? What is she helping him with? It is now January and she is still getting paid hourly to be at Wakefield.
