Well, if they were such a bad administrator, how did they get elected to the SB? |
Because that’s an indication of quality? LOL. |
to some extent, it can be,yes. |
Yup, and the two of them are making all the decisions themselves. Wakefield is going to be in for a rude awakening this year. How is this not a conflict of interest? Apparently she is getting paid lots of $$ to be the new principal's "consultant." Why is an APS person not doing this? What does she even know about APS or Wakefield? Seems very strange. |
Why does a principal need a consultant |
Same reason why a superintendent needs 7 chiefs. |
What did she do that ran off teachers? |
She got elected because her husband is well-respected pillar of the community and she rode his name (and her district has a lot of UMC families who opted out of TC and never experienced her). |
ACPS is such a mess. Why would APS leadership make such a decision; to import this gigantic mess of a failed school system in any capacity? |
What? How is this even allowed? Where would he get the funding to hire a consultant to his high school? Do principals need a cabinet now too??? |
Who are we taking about? Name please. |
They don’t. That’s outrageous. |
From context, it sounds like Tammy Ignacio is being referenced. |
They announced no new initiatives will be rolled out this year, so not sure how much he will be able to do. Really not understanding why he’d need a consultant, and one from OUTSIDE APS at that. He’s going to face one heck of a backlash if he tries to make big changes. |
Is this “consultant” actually working in the school building? |
